Monja Mani

This hands-on teacher training consists of two transformative modules, offering you the flexibility to join one or both. Designed for certified yoga teachers looking to deepen their practice and elevate their teaching, the training blends intuitive hands-on assists with hands-on alignment techniques, and the healing power of Reiki. You’ll learn how to guide students in alignment, stability, and energy flow, while cultivating a deeper connection with them. With ample practice, personalized feedback, and Reiki initiation, you’ll gain the confidence to offer healing assists in both group and private settings. Whether you choose one module or both, this training offers a unique opportunity to refine your skills and expand your energy awareness.

  • Going on a retreat with Monja and Katja is a journey to your Self from a place of curiosity, love and deep embrace. The space is gorgeously curated with care and tenderness, allowing you to cry-laugh your way through whatever it is you are looking for or that wants to find you.   • The Yoga Retreat with Monja and Katja in Portugal is one of my greatest yoga experiences so far! Even though it didn't feel like learning, I was able to take a lot with me for my yoga practice at home. Monja is an absolute professional yoga teacher who knows what she is talking about.
